What Makes Us Different
Fixed Pricing
$70 for new visits, $35 for follow-up video visits (each time), $25 for follow-up audio visits (each time), and $15 for follow-up chats (starting at four exchanges up to 90 days).
No Insurance Needed
Since we don’t deal with the “BUCAs” (Blue Cross and Blue Shield, UnitedHealth Group, Cigna, and Aetna), we don’t need back-office staff to manage prior authorizations or clinical audits. We pass these savings on to you. We do accept Medicare or Sana Health Insurance.
Transcripts of Appointments
Interested patients can receive a transcript of the interaction after a visit to help keep track of what was discussed. We will also email them a copy of their patient instructions if they do not want to connect to the practice portal.
Visit Details
The practice can either:
- Share the visit details with other members of the patient’s care team.
Full interoperability with most health information exchanges across the country. - Keep the records outside the traditional health care system to prevent third parties from linking the patient’s health information in claims or pharmacy queries.
We can document the visit outside of an electronic medical record, call pharmacies for prescriptions, and have patients obtain laboratory testing without insurance.

Caregivers and/or translators can join all video calls to better understand what happens during a visit.
